TRIEMPETUS DISCLOSURE OF WHAT WE DO

The subscriber controls their own trading account and use of the Triempetus EA Tool.

The EA software is installed and running on the subscribers own Metatrader 4 platform and account that is connected by a unique Licensing Software Agreement Key soley for each subscriber use to a trading account that will house the Triempetus EA Software Tool.

The subscribers are solely responsible for activating/deactivating the EA Software Tool, but with the assistance of the Limited Trading Authority Agreement (The LTA), Triempetus can help subscribers administratively when needed to provide a safe, sure and secure connection, or download for proper usage.

Triempetus does not have and never will have access to subscribers' funds, nor will it be able to execute trades on their behalf individually outside of the programed strategies. Only a successfully paid subscription to Triempetus will activate the Licensing Agreement and Licensing Keys, which will activate a live EA Software Tool for the subscriber to begin to trade on MT4.

Triempetus does not act as an investment advisor or money manager. As well as the fact that Triempetus does not offer any financial advice or provide any asset management.

Triempetus' focus is to enter into Licensing Agreements of its EA Software tool for subscriber use on MT4 platforms with approved regulated brokers while not providing any type of financial advice or any type of managing of subscriber accounts. Triempetus will use LTA's (Limited Trading Authority Agreements) to be able to assist the subscriber in a technical and administrative manner to properly invoice the subscriber at the appropriate time when this assistance is needed or required. The Triempetus Licensing Agreement is one that allows the subscriber to use the EA Software Tool during each month for a monthly fee of $200 along with an additional usage Licensing Fee that is computed based on 30% of the total amount of usage that the subscriber used during that month that will be computed from the total usage of time that was used to build a gain in that current month. This fee is a Technical Usage Fee. If there are no gains in a month, for example due to subscriber vacation, loss of power, or natural disasters, there would be no additional 30% Licensing Technical Usage Fee charged in that month, but only in months where there was subscriber activity.

The subscriber uses the Triempetus EA Software Tool at their own risk.

Triempetus has no control over the account or trade execution outside of the normal programmable activity inside of the EA, unless the subscriber needs any technical support help with the EA Software Tool and this action is governed and approved by the LTA Agreement.

Triempetus never takes custody of client funds.

Triempetus has acquired and filed for a legal exemption under CFTC Rule 4.14(a)(8).

Triempetus offers clear and transparent Disclaimers and discloses its actions and non-actions. Triempetus would like to state that: "Past performance does not guarantee future results"

Triempetus would also like to state that "Trading is risky and may result in loss of capital"

"Triempetus EA Software is a tool, not a managed investment service"

"Triempetus does not have discretionary authority over any subscriber account"

Triempetus only licenses software that they use at their discretion.

Triempetus uses a technical usage percentage-based fee each month which is not counted as asset management — it's a usage-based technical use licensing fee, not investment advice or fund control. Triempetus' technical usage license fee is similar to that of a platform usage fee.

Triempetus does not advise or guarantee performance of its EA Software Tool.

Purpose of Registration in Canada:

To obtain a Business Number (BN) and register for necessary program accounts required to legally invoice international clients and handle digital subscriptions in accordance with CRA regulations.
