Triempetus EA Software Subscription Terms & Legal Policy

A subscription with Triempetus EA Software is a contractual agreement between you (the subscriber) and Triempetus, LLC. By subscribing, users receive licensed access to the Triempetus EA software for algorithmic trading purposes. This subscription includes use of the software, activation of a license key tied to the subscriber's account, and access to software updates and limited support.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis at $200/month and are designed for trading accounts with balances of $5,000 and up. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the subscriber before the next billing cycle begins. Failure to pay the subscription before the billing cycle starts will result in temporary suspension of access and deactivation of the assigned EA license key. If payment is not received within 7 days of renewal, the account will be placed in inactive status, and reactivation will require a new billing cycle payment.

All subscriptions expire automatically if not renewed before the start of the next 30-day/monthly term.

If a subscriber enrolls on or after the 20th of the month (Triempetus EA's designated cutoff date), their subscription will be prorated, and the initial $200 subscription fee will apply to the next full month's billing cycle.

Any profits earned from the date of enrollment through the end of that month will be rolled over and combined with the usage/gain generated in the next full month. At the conclusion of that next month, Triempetus EA Software will collect the 30% Technical Use Fee based on the total combined usage/gain. After this initial adjustment, the Technical Use Fee will continue to be assessed monthly based on each subsequent month's usage/gain.
