1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Triempetus EA website and tools (EA), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our tools (EA).
2. Subscription Terms
- The subscription fee is $200 per month.
- An additional 30% Technical Use Fee is applied to usage generated using the EA tool in a month of gain.
- Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal & Copperx.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must not share their license key with unauthorized persons.
- The EA tool must not be modified, distributed, or reverse engineered. This is inclusive of setting visible TP's or changing the entries or adding a stop loss as this will compromise the logic of the EA Tool. Users found doing so will be found in violation or breach of their Licensing Agreement which would void out their contract.
- Users acknowledge that trading involves financial risks.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions are non-refundable. Please see A8 &A9 for further clarity.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued. Please see A8 & A9 for further clarity.

Q1: What is the Triempetus EA?
A1: Triempetus EA is an automated trading software tool designed to help traders execute a proven trading strategy. Past results are not guaranteed for future returns. It's built to simplify complex trading decisions by leveraging a combination of technical indicators and predefined risk management parameters. In simple terms, it is a very helpful tool.
Q2: How does the licensing process work?
A2: Upon subscribing to Triempetus, you'll receive a unique license key via email. This license is tied to your subscription and must be entered into the EA settings to activate the software. The key cannot be shared or transferred. This is the key that connects your individual trading account to the EA tool.
Q3: Can I use the EA on multiple accounts or platforms?
A3: The license allows you to use the EA on one account at a time. If you need to change accounts, you must request a license transfer. The EA tool is compatible with the MT4 trading platform and works on (Gold) ONLY as well as working with specific selective brokers who are compatible with the EA tool.
Q4: What are the system requirements for using the EA?
A4: You'll need an approved broker that uses a platform using Metatrader 4 (MT4) installed on your desktop or VPS. A stable internet connection and a Windows-based operating system are recommended. Additionally, ensure you have sufficient margin in your trading account to accommodate the EA's trade sizing and strategy. We suggest an account not already trading other instruments.
Q5: How much is the monthly subscription fee?
A5: The subscription fee is $200 per month. This fee includes the license, access key to updates, and ongoing customer support.
Q6: What is the Technical Use Fee and how is it calculated?
A6: In addition to the monthly subscription fee, a 30% Technical Use Fee is charged on the usage you earn and gain while using the EA tool. This fee is calculated at the end of each month based on the trading usage achieved during that monthly period. All subscribers to the licensed software, Triempetus, agree to the Technical Usage Fee, which is a predetermined licensing charge calculated using a proprietary metric of operational activity generated by the software within each billing period. This fee is not based on trading account balances, profit or loss outcomes, or trading advice. It is a fixed percentage (30%), applied to the software’s operational activity benchmark — a measure developed to reflect system engagement, algorithmic cycles executed, and software infrastructure utilization. This ensures the fee remains strictly tied to software usage and not to financial performance, trading results, or any investment outcomes. Triempetus reserves the right to collect this fee every month at the end of the month.
Q7: Is there a trial period or a demo version available?
A7: Currently, there is no trial period offered. However, you may use the EA on a demo account during the initial setup to familiarize yourself with its performance before trading live, but please remember and understand that during this time, you will be doing so under the time period that the $200 monthly subscription is covering from the signed subscription agreement. That would be a nonrefundable amount if you chose to do so.
Q8: What if I want to cancel my subscription?
A8: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, any unused portion of the subscription will be prorated and refunded to the subscriber using the original payment method provided during sign-up.
Q9: Can I get a refund if I'm unsatisfied with the EA's performance?
A9: Refunds are not offered. We recommend fully understanding the EA' usage guidelines, and potential risks before subscribing. However, in that event, any unused portion of the subscription will be prorated and refunded to the subscriber using the original payment method provided during sign-up.
